Privacy Policy — Yokor

Yokor (“the app”) is an internal business app for authorised employees of Yokor Window Aus Pty Ltd, a lift, escalator and dumbwaiter company based in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is protected. It uses plain language on purpose.

1.Who this applies to

This policy applies to authorised employees of Yokor Window Aus Pty Ltd who use Yokor. Yokor is an internal tool: it requires a company account to sign in and there is no public sign-up. It is not intended for, or available to, the general public.

Yokor is distributed through the Apple App Store using Unlisted Distribution, which means it is available by direct link only and is not searchable or available to the general public.

2.Information we collect

Yokor collects only the limited information needed to work as an internal staff app.

Account information

Your work email and name. We use these to sign you in and to identify you within the company system.

Location

Location — only at check in / check out

We collect your device’s location ONLY when you tap Check In or Check Out. At that moment the app captures your current location and converts it to a street address, and stores it with that attendance record so the company has an accurate record of where you checked in or out. The app does NOT collect your location at any other time. It does not track your location in the background or continuously, and it only uses the “While Using the App” location permission.

Content you create or access in the app

Quotations, contracts, attendance, leave and tasks. We process this content to provide the app’s features for the company.

3.How we use information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the app and sign you in;
  • Keep accurate attendance, leave and workflow records; and
  • Support the company’s internal operations.

We do not use your information for advertising.

4.Where data is stored

Yokor is developed and maintained by Lite Ops (ABN 90 126 584 075) on behalf of Yokor Window Aus Pty Ltd. Your data is stored on Yokor Window Aus Pty Ltd’s systems via Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Australia (ap-southeast-2) region. Files are held in secure cloud storage.

5.Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. There is no third-party advertising and no cross-app tracking. Your data is shared only:

  • Within the company, with authorised people who need it; and
  • With our service providers acting as processors on our behalf — the app’s developer, Lite Ops (ABN 90 126 584 075), and our cloud provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS),

or where we are required to share it by law.

6.Data retention

We keep your information in line with the company’s internal policies and its legal obligations, and no longer than needed for the purposes described in this policy.

7.Your choices & rights

  • You can revoke Yokor’s location permission at any time in iOS Settings. Doing so disables location capture at check in and check out.
  • For access to your information or other data requests, contact privacy@liteops.app or your Yokor administrator.

8.Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and is protected by company-account access controls, so that only authorised employees can reach it.

9.Children’s privacy

Yokor is an app for employees. It is not directed to children.

10.Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date shown above.
