Yokor is the official internal app for the Yokor team at Yokor Window Aus Pty Ltd. Access is for authorised employees only — a Yokor company account is required and there is no public sign-up. Yokor is developed by Lite Ops (ABN 90 126 584 075), which also provides app support.

Email info@liteops.app or call 03 7022 6888. For accounts, access and permissions, you can also contact your Yokor administrator.
Support hours & response time
Support is available during Australian business hours (Australian Eastern Time — Sydney), Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. We aim to reply within 1 business day.
2.Frequently asked questions
I can’t sign in.
Access to Yokor requires a Yokor company account. There is no public sign-up. If you don’t have an account, or your details aren’t working, contact your Yokor administrator to be set up. You can also email info@liteops.app.
Why does the app ask for my location?
Only to record where you check in or out. The app captures your location solely when you tap Check In or Check Out, and never in the background. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
How do I check in / out?
Tap the Check In or Check Out button at the bottom of the home screen. The app records the time and, at that moment, your location for the attendance record.
How do I request leave or add a task?
Request leave: open the Leave section, start a new request, choose your dates and reason, then submit it for approval.
Add a task: open the Tasks section, create a new task, add the details, and save.
If you can’t find these options or need help, contact your Yokor administrator or email info@liteops.app.
3.Privacy
Yokor collects only the limited information needed to work as an internal staff app, and it only captures your location when you tap Check In or Check Out. For full details on what is collected, how it is stored and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
